In case of manufacturing defects, Showcase Lab® will replace the product at no additional cost.

Showcase Lab® will not accept returns or exchanges for products that are used, damaged, or missing the protective film applied to the plexiglass.

The Display Case is shipped via express courier with a tracking code, allowing you to monitor the shipment until delivery.

4️⃣ Production times

Each Display Case is handcrafted. Production times vary from 5 to 10 working days, depending on model availability and any requested customizations.

Each plexiglass panel is delivered with a protective film on both sides.

In addition to the external white film, there may be a matte transparent film on the opposite side, which must be completely removed before assembly.

6️⃣ After-sales support

Once you receive the Display Case, we will remain at your complete disposal for any needs related to assembly, possible replacements, or damage caused during transport.

7️⃣ Selected materials

Showcase Lab exclusively uses Top Quality methacrylate plexiglass.

We do not use PVC, polycarbonate, or cheap building materials unsuitable for creating a high-level collectible product.
